We are developing a new event processing framework for the data analysis at the BELLE experiment. It is an extension to the existing "Belle AnalysiS Framework" reported at CHEP97 which features 1) the module-and-path structure, 2) the dynamic link of modules, and 3) the parallel processing capability on SMP servers. With this extension, the parallel processing capability is improved so that it can make use of not only CPUs on an SMP server but also those on distributed workstations or PCs connected through a network. The number of event processing CPUs is dynamically changed to optimize the resource usage. The resource management is done by a centralized resource daemon program which monitors a global pattern of the CPU load and I/O speed in the computing facility. The detail of the design of the framework is discussed at the conference.
