  A load and resource management system is presented which simplifies usage, administration and management of networked resources such as CPU, memory, and I/O. Technical requirements, features and benefits for HEP computing are briefly summarized. Finally, the newly founded Gridware GmbH & Inc and its Grid vision are introduced and an example RMS offer to the HEP community is sketched.
